Send in your snaps!

In this part of the country we are not short of subject matter for our cameras: From stunning landscapes through the seasons to country life and local events. If you have some good shots of local events and places then please email them to the editor@glantononline.net so they can be included in the gallery.

When you send photos by email attachment, please try to make sure they are not too large: 1024 pixels on their longest side is ideal. But, if you have a problem re-sizing, don't worry, just email the original and we will re-size it. Remember big pictures do take time to send and upload by email. Remember to include your name and a few details about the picture in your email.

As photos are sent in for the gallery page, it is our intention to select the best and most interesting each month to go onto a special slide show page. We hope this will start in the late spring and when people have had a chance to get out in better weather to take a few snaps. The subject should be of your own choosing, so long as it has a Northumberland flavour to it!
